Grief can change everything. Whether you’ve lost a loved one, experienced a breakup, suffered a major life change, or are grieving the version of life you thought you would have, those emotions can feel overwhelming and isolating. At K&B Wellness, we understand that grief looks different for everyone — and you do not have to navigate it alone.
Our therapists provide compassionate support to help individuals process sadness, anger, anxiety, numbness, guilt, and the emotional exhaustion that often comes with loss. Healing does not mean “getting over it.” Healing means learning how to carry your grief while still finding moments of peace, connection, and hope.
Many people experience what are commonly known as the five stages of grief:
- Denial – struggling to accept the loss
- Anger – feeling frustrated, hurt, or emotionally reactive
- Bargaining – replaying situations and wondering “what if”
- Depression – sadness, isolation, exhaustion, or hopelessness
- Acceptance – learning how to move forward while honoring the loss
Grief is not linear. You may move through these stages differently or revisit them over time — and that is completely normal.
K&B Wellness currently offers a weekly virtual grief support group every Wednesday from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM. This group provides a safe, supportive space to connect with others who understand the challenges of grief while learning healthy coping skills and emotional support strategies.
