Jessica Hamer is a people centered HR leader who has dedicated her career to supporting the clinicians, caregivers, and therapeutic teams who make healing possible. She brings a compassionate, trauma informed approach to human resources, ensuring that staff feel valued, supported, and equipped to provide exceptional care.

As a Director of Human Resources in a therapeutic setting, Jessica partners closely with clinical teams and organizational leadership to build a strong, missionaligned workforce. She has redesigned onboarding to better support new clinicians, strengthened retention through relationship driven coaching, and created HR systems that honor both accountability and humanity. Her work helps ensure that clients receive consistent, highquality therapeutic support from teams who feel empowered and cared for.

Jessica Hamer previous experience includes leading HR operations in a pediatric therapeutic environment, where she supported medically fragile children by strengthening the staff who cared for them. She improved satisfaction, reduced turnover, and built trust across teams by listening deeply, responding thoughtfully, and advocating for the needs of both employees and the children they served.
