I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I hold a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My passion is working with clients, particularly women, to increase self-awareness and to promote growth and development through the use of thorough and effective counseling.

Mental health is not only important for the mind, but it also affects the body and soul. What we feed is what grows. To have a healthy mind is based upon what we feed the mind. Feeding the mind with positive thoughts, inspiration and meditation will lead to optimal mental health and vitality.

My ultimate goal is to empower, to encourage and to assist clients discover their inner strength, to work through challenges and to find the best and most appropriate solution.

I strive to foster a healthy, trustworthy, and therapeutic relationship with all clients. I firmly believe that “if you are no good for yourself, then you’re no good for anyone else.”

As we navigate through life, we often prioritize the needs of others before our own. As an advocate for self-care, I believe that prioritizing one’s own mental health needs is the highest form of self-care. Starting your therapy journey can be the first step toward putting yourself first and improving your overall mental wellbeing.

I have experience working with individuals who experience problems with anxiety, depression, emotional distress, and other concerns brought on by life’s various circumstances. My goal is to assist clients with navigating through their various concerns by way of assisting clients with shifting their thinking into a healthier thought pattern.

I provide a safe space that provides emotional support and validation. My ultimate goal is to help clients become the best version of themselves to live an optimal and productive life.
